Steve Winters, S.I.T. - Crew Chief

Steve Winters currently is working as a Level III Inspector and holds a dual role with FOX Engineering as a seasoned surveyor.  He has been the responsible crew chief on a variety of major bridge and highway projects covering four states (WV, MD, KY, VA). 

Steve, with over a decade of experience on WVDOH crews, is certified as an inspector for aggregate, concrete and compaction.
