Setting Goals, Raising standards
FOX Engineering Safety
Safety is the most important aspect of every FOX ENGINEERING project
. Nothing is more important than human life. Our Health and Safety Program is structured in a manner that meets or exceeds the industry standards for health and safety while maintaining the most cost-effective service for our customers.
FOX Engineering’s Behavior Based Health and Safety System (Zero Accidents) focuses on preventing or reducing safety incidents by using behavior-based tools and management techniques. This system identifies and eliminates risk before it occurs, and is a proven, effective tool that has been integrated into FOX Engineering’s business philosophy. Our aggressive attitude towards health and safety does not tolerate unsafe behavior, rather rewards safe behavior – ZERO injuries, ZERO incidents, ZERO excuses. We expect each and every FOX Engineering associate to act in a responsible and safe manner at all times. Communications between our Field Team Members, Designers, Management, and Health and Safety representatives are essential to a safe project. Our continual effort to improve our Behavior Based Health and Safety System and the dedication of each and every FOX Engineering associate has enabled our organization to achieve an industry leading health and safety record. FOX Engineering conducts task observations, near loss investigations, daily safety meetings at all project sites, and conducts safety inspections and audits on a frequent basis.
